Welcome to Tileish, an Australian-based studio creating colourful, handcrafted planters and homewares. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Handmade Nature of Our Products

All Tileish products are handmade — no two are exactly alike. Variations in colour, shape, or tile placement are part of their uniqueness and not considered faults. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

2. Pricing, Payment & Orders

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive confirmation via email. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including stock limitations or suspected misuse.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Australia, with shipping fees calculated at checkout. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and chosen service. Once dispatched, Tileish is not responsible for carrier delays.

4. Returns & Faults

Due to the handcrafted nature of our items, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Include photos and a description, and we’ll offer a suitable solution in line with Australian Consumer Law.

5. Privacy & Content

We only collect personal information to process and deliver your order. Your data is kept private and secure. All content on this site — including images, product designs and text — is owned by Tileish and cannot be used without permission.
